TCB Contracts are based within the Exhall Region of Coventry. We are available for Groundworks and Civil Engineering work. We use our own vehicles and have our own heavy moving equipment. Our staff are directly employed by TCB Contracts giving us greater site control and work flexibility. We can handle anything from removing topsoil for a single plot to clearing contaminated material and reconstructing the land for later re use.

TCB Contracts Limited has been established to provide a complete service for developers and to capture what we see as a niche in the market.  We aim to provide a service from initial demolition, decontamination (which can include crushing and materials processing to give more value from brownfield sites), through to road and sewers installation and onto groundworks/house foundations.

We have our own operators licence and are certified by the environment agency as licensed waste carriers.  The Company operates its own landfill sites within the Midlands area and can supply recycled material and topsoil/inert fill materials.  At very competitive rates we undertake bulk excavations down to simple haulage of materials.  We also specialise in contaminated sites, in particular the regeneration of redundant petrol filling stations and have now completed several sites in this growing area.

The Civil Engineering operation is overseen by fully qualified engineering and surveying staff, the operatives on site are all qualified and experienced in the various tasks that we undertake and the company holds an excellent Health & Safety record.  We carry full NSRWA accreditation and are currently undertaking the CSCS training (our Contract Managers are already certified under the new scheme).

We operate a fleet of new plant and equipment in which TCB Contracts have made a heavy investment, this ensures a reliable and efficient service and shows professionalism on site.
